| 1. Large troughs are filled with filtered water . 2. The water becomes frozen over a 5 day period. 3. The ice blocks are demoulded and are crystal clear. 4. A chainsaw is used to shape the ice. 5. A special double insulated wrap is used. 6. Stored safely ready for delivery. 7. Delivered to the venue at your desired time. 8. Protectively wrapped for safe delivery. 9. Set up at the venue complete with drainage. 10. Unwrapped 30 minutes before guests arrive . 11. Spectacular and crystal clear as guests arrive. |

The prices quoted include:
• Delivery within Metropolitan Melbourne.
• Set up on your desired day and time.
• Hire of our unique ice collection drain tray.
• Cubed ice around sculpture for a finishing touch upon request.
Other options available upon request include;
Lighting, colored ice and extra drain trays all for a nominal fee.
The prices quoted are a net and final price. However we would ask for a $110 deposit on each drain tray required. The deposit is fully refunded back to you on return of the tray in a “as supplied condition” via Australia Post, courier, or in person.
Don’t forget. We deliver Victoria wide and can co-ordinate throughout Australia on large orders.

I just wanted to say again thank you again for the fantastic vodka luge you prepared for my daughter�s 21st Saturday night.The ice sculpture was an enormous success with everybody raving about it the rest of the night went pretty well too! I will definitly be recommending Ice Occasions to anyone having a function of any sort. I am actually trying to think of functions that I can have as an excuse to have another Vodka Luge.
